Well,that's the fact...the new generation didn't have the chance to step in games and arcades so I will explain now:
That is a locations where people can go to play a variety of video games and other electronic games, often with the use of coins or tokens.
These locations were so popular back in the 1980s and 1990s but have since declined in popularity with the rise of home gaming consoles and also online gaming.
The beginning:
Video games and arcades locations was an awesome place to gather together a good way to spend some time with your friends and play some video games hits.
I will enumerate only a few : Pac-Man ,Space Invaders,King Of Fighters series, Street Fighter series,Metal Slug series, Samurai Shodown series, Art of Fighting series, Fatal Fury series, The Last Blade,Vampire Hunter 2, Pocket Fighter, Progear, Super Sidekicks, Golden Axe, Puzzle Bobble, Alien vs Predator, Altered Beast, Marvel vs Capcom, Darkstalkers Revenge, Wonder Boy, Shinobi, Mars Matrix, ESP Ra De, DoDonPachi, Ghouls ‘N Ghosts, Double Dragon,Final Fight, Cadillacs & Dinosaurs and many more.
And now:
In our days there are countless types of games available on a variety of platforms, including consoles, computers, smartphones, and tablets but nothing quite compare with playing the old arcade hits with the proper arcade joysticks and buttons.
Back then , the popular games in the arcades was the action, adventure, sports, puzzle, and strategy video games.
While arcades have become less popular over time,in the last years they rise in popularity for many dedicated gamers who enjoy the unique experience of playing games in a physical arcade setting but also with some enthusiasts creating their own home arcades featuring classic games from the past.
But overall, games and arcades remain a popular form of entertainment for people of all ages, with new games and technologies constantly emerging to keep the industry fresh and exciting.
