Return Policy – Tiny Arcade Machines
At Tiny Arcade Machines, every unit is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Because of the custom nature of our arcade machines, we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible with our return policy.
14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the arcade machine must be:
- In unused condition
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition as received

Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- You must use a tracked and insured shipping service
- Please ensure the machine is securely packaged to avoid damage
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- A full refund will be issued for the product price
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
Refunds are processed as quickly as possible after inspection.
Important Notes
Because each arcade machine is built to order:
- Returns are accepted only for unused items
- Any signs of use or damage may affect eligibility for a refund
